Farming Camp Game Trailer

Available on PC (Windows, macOS); Consoles (Steam Deck, Nintendo Switch 1/2, PS4/PS5, Xbox One, Xbox X/S );

From Innerfire Studios comes a pixel-based farming adventure simulation game. Play as Alessandra, a teen with a dream, and compete to be the best farmer in the Evertree Farming Camp!

The trailer starts off by showing a bus dropping your character, Alessandra, off into the fray. They waste no time introducing the teams, Alessandra is paired with Mike and Rey, forming Team Blueberry Jam. The other two teams are Team Applesauce (Annie, Rainmaker, Jefferson) and Team Guacamole (Arthur, Greg, Jack Paulo). They also show off the teachers (unnamed in the trailer) and give a little sneak peek at camp life!

The trailer shows off some activities you can do, like farming, fishing, animal care, and camp maintenance. But there seems to be more to the game than meets the eye.

I’m wondering if maybe the narrative portion gives the player a choice in dialogue that could affect how the story goes, or if it’s more like unraveling a story regardless of your choice (like its only purpose is to give a character flavor and not narrative change). There’s a moment when Alessandra questions if she should sabotage someone else’s crops, and there seems to be several moments where character interactions are tense. So I’m wondering if there’s a deeper social aspect to this game.

It would be an interesting take on farming games, as I don’t think I’ve seen one that presents multiple farmers in teams competing with each other. Usually, it’s that you’re the farmer of the community and everyone else has a different role. So this should be fun!

The art style is vibrant and full of life, the characters look closer to character designs in Ragnarok Online than Stardew Valley in the sense that they have longer bodies and they’re less chibi. There’s more details on item interactions and movement, which I do prefer!

Currently, Farming Camp is released on several platforms such as Steam, Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox.
